# CM.com SMS Integration with Novu

> Connect CM.com to Novu to send SMS notifications through workflows. Store your CM.com product token and sender in the Novu dashboard.

You can use the [CM.com Business Messaging API](https://developers.cm.com/messaging/docs/sms) to send SMS messages through Novu.

## Getting started

1. Log in to the [CM.com platform](https://www.cm.com/).
2. Open the Channels app, then go to **API Access and Settings > Authentication**.
3. Copy your **Product Token**. Keep it secret. Anyone with the token can send on your account.
4. Confirm you have an approved sender ID or number for the destinations you use.

## Creating a CM.com integration with Novu

1. Visit the [Integrations](https://dashboard.novu.co/integrations?utm_campaign=docs-sms-cm) page on Novu.
2. Click **Add a provider**.
3. Locate **CM.com** under the SMS section and click **Connect**.
4. Enter your:
   * **Product Token**
   * **From** (sender ID or number approved in CM.com)
5. Confirm **Active Integration** is on. New integrations start active by default.
6. Click **Create Integration**.

You can now send SMS notifications with CM.com through Novu.
