# Ruach SMS Integration with Novu

> Connect Ruach SMS to Novu to send SMS notifications through workflows. Store your Ruach API key, client ID, and sender in the Novu dashboard.

You can use [Ruach SMS](https://docs.ruach.ng/) to send SMS messages through Novu.

## Getting started

1. Create or log in to your Ruach SMS account.
2. Copy your **API Key** and **Client ID** from the Ruach developer settings.
3. Confirm the sender ID Ruach allows for your traffic.

## Creating a Ruach SMS integration with Novu

1. Visit the [Integrations](https://dashboard.novu.co/integrations?utm_campaign=docs-sms-ruach) page on Novu.
2. Click **Add a provider**.
3. Locate **Ruach SMS** under the SMS section and click **Connect**.
4. Enter your:
   * **API Key**
   * **Client ID**
   * **From** (approved sender ID)
5. Confirm **Active Integration** is on. New integrations start active by default.
6. Click **Create Integration**.

You can now send SMS notifications with Ruach SMS through Novu.
