Getting started
- Log in to the CM.com platform.
- Open the Channels app, then go to API Access and Settings > Authentication.
- Copy your Product Token. Keep it secret. Anyone with the token can send on your account.
- Confirm you have an approved sender ID or number for the destinations you use.
Creating a CM.com integration with Novu
- Visit the Integrations page on Novu.
- Click Add a provider.
- Locate CM.com under the SMS section and click Connect.
- Enter your:
- Product Token
- From (sender ID or number approved in CM.com)
- Confirm Active Integration is on. New integrations start active by default.
- Click Create Integration.
